You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your master password and for all activity under your account. Because of our zero-knowledge model, we cannot recover your master password if you lose it.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the services or attempt to disrupt them.
• Do not use the services for unlawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to access another user's vault or data.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on the cycle you select. Free trials require no credit card. Applicable taxes are applied at checkout.

5. Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Just Pass Go LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
